By accessing and using ClinicLense, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
2. Eligibility & License Verification
ClinicLense is designed for verified dental professionals in Egypt. By creating an account and submitting reviews, you confirm that you are a licensed dentist or dental professional.
To submit reviews, you must verify your identity by providing your Egyptian Dental Syndicate license number. By submitting your license number, you:
- Confirm that you are the rightful holder of this license
- Authorize us to store an encrypted (hashed) version of your license number
- Understand that your license number is never displayed publicly or shared with third parties
- Acknowledge that providing a false license number is a violation of these terms and may result in account termination
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and truthful information
4. Review Guidelines
When submitting reviews, you agree to:
- Provide honest and accurate assessments based on your actual experience
- Not submit false, misleading, or defamatory content
- Not include personal attacks or inappropriate language
- Not submit reviews for clinics you have not worked at
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to manipulate ratings or reviews
- Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
- Share confidential patient information
- Impersonate another person or entity
6. Disclaimer regarding User Comments & Content
ClinicLense is a platform for sharing professional experiences. We do not endorse, verify, or assume responsibility for any comments, reviews, or other content posted by users. The views expressed are solely those of the individual authors and do not reflect the opinions of ClinicLense.
7. Safety & Liability
ClinicLense is not responsible for any disputes, conflicts, or legal actions that may arise between users (employees) and clinic owners. Users are advised to exercise caution and discretion when sharing sensitive information. While we strive to protect user anonymity, we cannot guarantee safety from external actions taken by clinic owners or third parties outside our platform.
8. Content Moderation
We reserve the right to remove or modify any content that violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.
9. General Disclaimer
ClinicLense is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of reviews or information submitted by users. Users should use their own judgment when evaluating clinics.
10. Limitation of Liability
ClinicLense shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any decisions made based on information provided on the platform.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
